Stage 15 Goldsborough Estates "As Built" Plans expected to lodged with Cairns Regional Council Wednesday 25/06/08, CRC will inspect site no sooner than a week after lodgement (could be longer) once the site is accepted they should take between 2 and 4 wks to progress through CRC and another 2 wks in the titles office. These are approximate time frames lately the process times have been longer rather than shorter
